An experienced leader with a proven track record of success, Dan’s additional expertise and background includes political consulting, technology consulting, insurance industry consulting, real estate development, and marketing development. He is skilled in providing solution sets, project management, and technical and subject matter expertise to our clients. Dan is a graduate of Auburn University and proud supporter of the Tiger sports programs.

Vladimir has almost 20+ years in applications programming and architectural design. He oversees the development of Genihealth’s technology. He has a Masters in Science from Saint-Petersburg State Electro-Technical University. Vladimir's position entails programming and design which comes after extensive research. Vladimir has traveled extensively throughout the world and enjoys learning about other cultures.

Matt has over 25 years in marketing and advertising and specializes in SEO marketing on behalf of Genihealth. Matt has a Bachelor of Management Science from Southern Methodist University.

Jeff Beard – Executive Board Director
Jeff sits on our board and reviews and endorses/approves (or disapproves) all contracts with the company. Jeff has 30+ years with Fluor encompassing experience successfully completing projects with large international Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies and International Oil Companies (IOC). Recognized for proactive performance of business and risk management associated with the design, procurement and construction of onshore and offshore projects. Recognized for ability to learn new languages quickly having lived in 5 different countries and worked in 10 more. Background includes project cost administration, AR/AP, financial planning and reporting, and contract management on small to major projects.

Steve has degrees in English and Communications from the California community college system. He has over 40 years experience in the communications field as well as speaking and teaching several languages. His background includes customer and vendor liaison.
